They are the 2 greatest commandments that Jesus has commanded for us. No doubt, God has high standards for us. Do your best to love God and others.

Giving thanks for everything!
Ephesians 5:19-20
"Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ."

"當 用 詩 章 、 頌 詞 、 靈 歌 、 彼 此 對 說 、 口 唱 心 和 的 讚 美 主 ．凡 事 要 奉 我 們 主 耶 穌 基 督 的 名 、 常 常 感 謝 父 神 。"
I don't often sing psalms in the morning, but there was one occasion a hymn song came into my mind. It was a routine exercise walk after lunch and my mind is filled with the song "Shout to the Lord". I wasn't shouting but I could feel the utmost joy on the inside. It was not a feeling that can be described by words.
I know these days look miserable when you look outside the window, but remember to give thanks to the Lord every single day!

Live as children of light
Ephesians 5:8-10
"For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord."

"從 前 你 們 是 暗 昧 的 、 但 如 今 在 主 裡 面 是 光 明 的 、 行 事 為 人 就 當 像 光 明 的 子 女 ． 光 明 所 結 的 果 子 、 就 是 一 切 良 善 、 公 義 、 誠 實 ． 總 要 察 驗 何 為 主 所 喜 悅 的 事 。"

Be imitators of God
Ephesians 5:1-2
"Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."

No other name
Acts 4:12
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
使 徒 行 傳 4:12
"除 他 以 外 、 別 無 拯 救 ． 因 為 在 天 下 人 間 、 沒 有 賜 下 別 的 名 、 我 們 可 以 靠 著 得 救 。"
There is no other name because salvation is God's plan and there is no one else other than Jesus who has the authority of saving men on Earth.

Godliness has value for all things
1 Timothy 4:8
"For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."
提 摩 太 前 書 4:8
"操 練 身 體 、 益 處 還 少 ． 惟 獨 敬 虔 、 凡 事 都 有 益 處 ． 因 有 今 生 和 來 生 的 應 許 ．"
Let's not neglect physical exercise is important for everyone of us. We need a healthy body to serve God. However, spiritual training is of eternal value. It means everything to us!
